Acceptable Use Policy

Rap Video AI (rap-video-ai.org) is for fun, consensual, clearly AI-generated rap videos. You put yourself and people who agreed into our own templates, made with AI and played by AI-generated performers, not real people: original rap templates with their own AI song, and recreations of rap trends. This policy covers the photos you upload and everything generated with the service. By using the service you agree to it.

1. Photos you may upload

You may upload only photos of yourself, or of an adult who agreed to be in the video, one person per photo. Before every video you confirm that everyone in your photos is you or an adult who agreed, and that none of them is a public figure; we keep a record of that confirmation with the video. Permission never allows the deepfakes banned in section 2.

2. Prohibited content

You may not generate, or try to generate:

1. Pornography or NSFW content, including nudity and sexually suggestive content.
2. Violence or gore.
3. Hate speech, or content that harasses, bullies or shames anyone.
4. Child-unsafe content: any content sexualizing minors (CSAM), and any photo of a person under 18.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: putting anyone into footage of a real person (music videos, films, TV, other people’s posts) or replacing one real person’s face or identity with another’s; “nudify” edits; two people composited into a kissing, hugging or other intimate scene; and real people shown saying or doing things in a way meant to be taken as real. Our templates are played only by AI-generated performers, never by real people. Photos of public figures (celebrities, politicians, influencers) are not allowed at all, not even as a parody.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement: known characters, logos and brands you have no rights to.

Also prohibited: fraud, fake endorsements, misinformation, spam, and anything done to get around our safety checks.

3. How we moderate

• Photos are checked by an automated image safety filter when uploaded.
• Finished videos are checked by an automated video safety filter before you can watch them.
• Reports are reviewed by a person. We keep moderation logs.

Blocked generations refund their credits.

4. Enforcement

Depending on how serious a violation is: a warning, removal of the content, limits on the account, suspension, or a permanent ban with forfeited credits. Child-safety violations lead to an immediate ban and a report to the authorities. We cooperate with valid legal requests.

5. Report content

If a video made here uses your likeness without permission or breaks these rules, email contact@rap-video-ai.org with a link or a description. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours, handle child-safety reports first, and remove videos we still host once a report is confirmed. Reporters’ identities stay confidential.

6. Appeals

You can appeal a decision within 14 days by replying to our notice or emailing contact@rap-video-ai.org; someone who did not make the original decision reviews it.

7. Posting your video

Label your video as AI-generated where the platform allows it. Don’t present it as real footage.
