Refund Policy

Automatic credit refunds

If a generation fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, its credits return to your balance automatically. You don’t need to contact us. These come back as credits, not as a refund to your card.

Credit packs

We sell one-time credit packs only. Pay once: no subscription, credits never expire.

• Unused packs: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t used any credits from that pack.
• Used credits are not refundable, because every generation has a real compute cost.
• Duplicate charges qualify for a refund.

Broken videos

If a finished video is clearly broken (frozen, missing the subject or badly distorted), email us within 7 days and we will return the credits. Videos that work as described but don’t match personal taste are generally not refundable.

How to request

Email contact@rap-video-ai.org from the address you signed up with, and include the order email or video link. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our merchant of record, Waffo, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance.
