FAQ
Black Friday questions
When does the Black Friday deal end?
At the end of Tuesday, December 1 (US Eastern). A checkout you open before then still gets the bonus.
Which packs get bonus credits?
$16.99: 20 + 10 bonus = 30 credits (3 videos); $59.99: 100 + 30 bonus = 130 credits (13 videos); $99.99: 200 + 50 bonus = 250 credits (25 videos). The single video has no bonus.
Do I need a code?
No. The bonus credits are added automatically when your payment goes through.
Do bonus credits expire?
No. Like all credits, they never expire, and they work on every template.
Can I get a refund on a Black Friday pack?
Yes, for a pack you haven't used, within 7 days of buying. The bonus credits go back with it.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
