Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email, name and profile image from sign-in.
• What you submit: the photos you upload, used to make your videos and to check them for safety.
• Generated videos: the videos created for you.
• Payment data: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and email, never your full card number.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, basic device and browser info, and IP address for security and rate limiting. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic.
• First-visit source: a first_touch cookie (90 days) and first-party cookies for UTM tags and the referring site record how you first found us (the source, campaign, referring site and first page), so we can tell which channels work. They are attached to your account when you sign up or start a checkout.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your videos.
• To run automated safety checks on photos and videos.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
• To improve the site using aggregated analytics.

We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

• Video generation: your photos and our template video are sent to our AI provider, kie.ai, which runs Kling 4.0 in edit mode, by Kuaishou, to put the people in your photos in place of the template’s performers. Our templates were made once with Seedance 2.0, by ByteDance, also through kie.ai, from AI-generated performers; no user photos went into them.
• Storage: uploaded photos and finished videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served to you through our site.
• Safety checks: SeeAPI, our moderation provider, runs the automated NSFW checks on your uploaded photos and on finished videos.
• Hosting: Cloudflare (servers, database).
• Payments: Waffo.
• Analytics: Google Analytics.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage for up to 2 days, so the AI provider can fetch them, and are then deleted automatically. The AI providers keep what they receive under their own policies. Our records keep only a link and a fingerprint used to prevent duplicate uploads.
• Generated videos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, by emailing contact@rap-video-ai.org. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
