The terms for using Rap Video AI at rap-video-ai.org: credit packs, your videos and our rules.

These terms govern your use of Rap Video AI (“we”, “the service”) at rap-video-ai.org. By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to them.
1. The service
We turn photos you upload into AI-generated videos made from our templates. Each template is our own video, played by AI-generated performers: a rap template with its own original AI song, or a meme template modeled on a trend clip, with no frame of the original clip in it. Each order puts the people in your photos in place of the template’s performers, so your video follows the template’s cuts and moves. Templates are made once with Seedance 2.0, by ByteDance, and each order with Kling 4.0 in edit mode, by Kuaishou, both run through kie.ai; these are third-party AI models. Meme videos come back silent, timed to a sound you add yourself on the platform where you post; we don’t deliver or license that sound. Rap videos come with the template’s original AI song in the file. Results vary from run to run; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness, motion or lip-sync.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
3. Credits
We sell one-time credit packs only; there are no subscriptions or plans. Every generation costs credits, and the price shows before you generate. It depends on the video’s length. A video up to 15 seconds is 10 credits.
- No free credits: new accounts start with none.
- Credit packs: one-time purchases. The packs and their prices are on the pricing page.
4. Billing and payment
Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Each pack purchase is a one-time charge authorized at checkout; nothing renews. Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may be added where they apply.
5. How credits are used
- Purchased credits never expire.
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- Failed generations: if a generation fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, its credits return to your balance automatically.
Refunds of payments, including refunds of unused packs within 7 days of purchase, follow our Refund Policy.
6. Your content and permissions
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from everyone shown, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. You give us a limited licence to process them only to create, store and deliver your videos and keep the service safe.
7. Your videos
You may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial purposes. Label videos as AI-generated where platforms allow.
Meme videos are delivered silent, with no music from us; a sound you add where you post, such as TikTok’s “original sound - COLORS”, belongs to its rights holders, not to us. Rap videos include the template’s original AI song: you may use it as part of that video on the same personal, non-commercial terms, but not on its own or in other works.
8. Safety and moderation
We check uploaded photos and finished videos with automated filters, and review reports by hand. We may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Not affiliated
Rap Video AI (rap-video-ai.org) is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, COLORS, any record label, the artists behind viral rap trends (including Quavo and Takeoff), or the makers of the AI models. Names are used only to describe trends and models.
10. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, models, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are deleted after 14 days, so download anything you want to keep.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
